University-enterprise Cooperation Win-win Between Industry and Academic

In March 2014, Xidian University School of Telecommunications Engineering and Winsemi had established "undergraduate and graduate students enterprise practice base" .The cooperation ceremony was held in the company´s headquarters.

To adjust growing demand of the National Economic and Social Development for high-level and applied talents, promote the healthy development of full-time professional master degree postgraduate education, and actively explore the mode of school-enterprise joint training of applied and innovative talents, with the joint efforts of both sides, the signing ceremony of the cooperation between Shenzhen Wenxian Microelectronics and Xidian University was held with the visit and guidance of President Zhang of Xidian University.

 Talent training plays a key role in the development of enterprises. The cooperation between school and enterprise provides a good platform for enterprises, which meets the social trend and the needs of enterprises. Enterprise participation is not only the only way of school-enterprise cooperation, but also the solid foundation of education sustainable development. 

    The signing of this contract aims to give full play to the respective advantages of the two sides, actively carry out cooperation in various forms and from all directions, and realize the organic combination and optimal allocation of school and enterprise resources, it provides a new way to jointly train the high-tech talents needed by economic and social development.
